If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
Laughable at best. The judge spits out that comment and then promptly places a $300K bond on the guy and then holds him without bail on violating provisions of his current bail for drug possession. Worse under SAFE T? Read the story @ CWBCHICAGO.COM
