Arne buries his head in the sand and ignores the reality of the situation. He and his fellow Dems have had complete control of the City for over 60 years, and it is one of the worst failed experiments in the history of politics in this country. Get back to the kid table where you belong dopey, or go hang with your buddy Barry at his palatial estate. If the City of Chicago had any adults at the leadership table this could get addressed. Unfortunately BD Lori and her staff of idiots have no idea what to do.
Black and brown are the dominant colors of Chicago crime. Welfare cash, food stamps and preferential treatment have made these groups lazy. During the 1950s while living in Woodlawn I did not know of one single broken black family: every black adult that I knew took the responsibility of self support. Today only spiritual revival can change their hearts. Moved to upstate SC in late 2021 where black families are more intact and black crime is far lower due to greater Christian influence.
Actually what we have a crime problem and until criminals receive an immediate consequence to their pathologies (like arrest with no bail until trial) followed by a prision sentence they actually serve we’ll continue to have a crime problem.
The next issue that needs to be addressed is to stop funding the systemic racism of supporting “fatherlessness” in the community via taxation of working fathers who actually are present in their homes.
You won’t ever read anything about that in the MSM.
SAFE T coming to a community near you. Effective law enforcement and an effective justice system are out the door.
Arne, you are king of the virtue signalers…. We don’t have a police issue… The police aren’t committing the violent crimes…
Arne, you goof, we have a parenting and values problem. The POS’es who commit these crimes have no values, no respect for life, no standards, and no desire to assimilate productively into our society.
Arn, stop it. Until we address the root causes and the rot at the core of many of these communities, there will be no change.
Everyday I am grateful for the officers of the 18th. They are all that keeps the barbarians at bay.
