Here is the law in the Illinois Constitution Article 3 Section 2 So every felon will have their sentence commuted or pardoned by the governor during election time so they can vote.
SECTION 2. VOTING DISQUALIFICATIONS
A person convicted of a felony, or otherwise under
sentence in a correctional institution or jail, shall lose
the right to vote, which right shall be restored not later
than upon completion of his sentence.

The communist cares nothing for the constitution. It is merely a piece of paper. It’s not even an obstacle to their goals.
Same way with voting, they know the outcome before the voting started.
Where would the votes be counted: in the prison’s district or the home address? In some smaller towns enough to swing outcomes.
