While Rahm Emanuel once said that city government is not an employment agency, most Democrats see it as just that — the employer of last resort for the lazy, inept, anti-social, deviant, and others who are unemployable in the real world.

The education system is set up to provide high paying jobs, benefits and huge pensions for worthless government workers. Education is on the bottom of the list, sometimes it doesn’t make the list. Teachers do not give a DAMN about education.
