The success of the guaranteed income pilot would only prove that giving people money to spend however they deem necessary is better than using tax dollars to fund social services and assistance.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
