Illinois Gender-Neutral Bathroom Bill Was Tip of the Iceberg for Trans-Inclusive Legislation Passed This Session – Illinois Answers Project

Legislators have sent a spate of pro-LGBTQ and specifically trans-inclusive legislation to Gov. JB Pritzker’s desk this month, sharpening Illinois’ contrast against its neighbors as surrounding state legislatures move to add restrictions on healthcare, bathroom access and school sports for transgender and nonbinary residents.

state legislators focus on virtue-signals rather than state budget problems. No surprise there.

80%+ Illinois women are offended to find a man dressed as a woman in public restroom.

What about people who walk into a restroom and are offended that there is no urinal?

THE way to fight back against this nonsense is for men to urinate on the toilet seats in all gender neutral bathrooms. There’s no urinal and I’m ‘messy’, I’m sorry I always pee with the seat down and always all over the seat. And if this means that women in the state need to sit in pee or wipe off my pee, too bad for them. They voted for this. They can demand their insane legislators vote out of this too. If enough people urinate on the seats in gender neutral bathrooms, the policy will change. It’s literally the only… Read more »

I’m not joking about this. Men, you’ll get over feeling bad about this after your first pee all over the seat. Make the liberal women who voted for this gender neutral nonsense experience what gender neutral bathrooms really mean.

Praise the Lord and pass the money! I think you’ve truly found a quick and practical fix to the basic issue. Also, there is no need to form committees and have time-consuming, no-result hearings to get there either. Bravo!

They tried for a while to replace them but it got out of control that they couldn’t keep up because seemingly every biological male in the bathroom instinctive did the same thing: flush all the tampons in the stall down the toilet. Those free tampons dispensers get removed pretty quickly. Accidental soiling of toilet seats in gender neutral bathrooms, lacking urinals, may very well end this… Read more »

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
