Well here is a question; is it the teacher or is it the student? Until this question can be answered then the problem can not be properly identified and addressed.

It’s a little more complex than this. When 80% of students of color don’t have a clue who’s their daddy, educational attainment suffers. Strike 2 is the CTU.
