The National Guard is used to assist local agencies in emergencies, disasters etc. There is an emergency in Chicago, there is already a disaster. Pritzger and his fellow democrats are too stupid to see what’s going on and if they do they don’t care.
National Guard are suppose to be trained in how to control crowds. Of course Pritzer is a lying idiot. Real agenda is to allow people to loot since those looters comprise one of their voting base.
