“African American Mayors Association”, now who looks racist. Sure, why not, absolutely, attend a “conference” in Los Angeles in January/February (Nice little break from the cold) and attend the grammys. So star studded. So Hip. So Cosmopolitan. Meanwhile this jack ass is spending money the City does not have and not solving any problems for the people. Then meets with two other tools who have only their best interests in mind too. Win – Win for the people of Illinois. When are the conservatives in this state going to stand up and turn out for the vote and change this??

Yea, perhaps systemic racism is alive and well in the USA. And being perpetrated by the very people who have benefited from the Civil Rights movement.

Stupid chickens.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
