The worst of it is the ‘nobody knows nuttin’ attitude surrounding what must be the Taj Mahal of locomotive parts storage. Metra did not blow millions, they enriched their political cronies who are kicking back money to them.
If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
