I’m pretty sure those companies aren’t interested in solving Chicago’s problems by paying onerous taxes in a state and city that are openly hostile to business. Chicago aldermen are delusional.

First Chicago needs to get tough on crimes and criminals to lure any employer to come. Criminals have more rights than law abiding citizens and illegal immigrants
If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
