Among the announced rules at schools including Northwestern University, DePaul University, Loyola University Chicago and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago are restrictions of protests to daytime business hours, designated “free speech zones,” bans on unapproved flyers or banners and advance registration requirements.

Make their “ whine time “ ( protest hours) from 5pm- Midnight when they would rather be clubbing, etc. and see how strong their convictions are. Don’t let them screw up everyone else’s day and block traffic etc. during working hours.
