If you are illegally here and have committed crimes, you don’t have rights under our Constitution. Most of the lefty lawyers will even agree with that, yet are still taking too many liberties with a Constitution that never anticipated a country being invaded. I’m really curious how they think capturing and ejecting criminal aliens is related to free speech. The ESL kids are learning even less than their peers and mostly the wrong things. Kids that fail end up in jail.
