Judge grants retrial on four bribery counts in ‘ComEd Four’ case involving Madigan – Chicago Tribune/Yahoo

In making his ruling, however, U.S. District Judge Manish Shah left intact the convictions on a number of other counts, including the lead count of conspiracy and charges alleging the defendants cooked ComEd’s books to hide the scheme. It wasn’t immediately clear where the case will go next.

Little by little, let’s pare these charges down to nothing and let the offenders walk away early. Maybe they should hire Gloria Alldred when she gets done trying the spring the Menendez brothers, because they are victims.
