The legislature was in such a rush to generate tax money they didn’t bother to develop road side procedures akin to breathalyzers to address driving while high. Agree 100%. This bill is likely sponsored by Politicians taking cash from Pot producers and of course advances the State of Illinois’ interests in the POT business. Legalizing Pot doesn’t work. The state thinks that if they legalize it, then they can tax it and everyone will buy legal POT from the State. Doesn’t happen, the price from the state dispensaries is high 10x the street price.
