City agencies serving food and beverages will be given purchasing guidelines that call for healthier and more "culturally appropriate" food options for residents, according to an executive order signed by Mayor Brandon Johnson.

The actual executive order hasn’t yet been posted, so all we have is the press release. We can have fun guessing what it’s going to require.
