“No way to vet everybody” has been the mantra for Democrats for the past 4 years. It is sweet irony the guy happened to be a felon – just like the ones that sneak into our country and JB dismisses as “taxpaying” community members.

What a joke. It is Ok to take $350M of tax payer dollars and dream up a pROgram to waste it on, but there is no way to determine whether the people getting paid by the program are not criminals? Good God what an absolute circus and embarrassment the state of Illinois is.
