If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.

Treating humans like dogs is okay, but using a word that I have heard men and women use all the time is bad? Not a day goes by that I do not hear that word. I am only guessing but most people may have used it before.
