They do not have the funds to finish this
sad looking building. The funds needed to maintain this structure are no where close to the level needed.
One year after opening they will be lucky to
attract 500 per month, after five years they will
Have the begging bowls out looking for money.
simply put this is an effort in futility.

I can’t envision a crush of gentrification going on around a Stalin – era looking building that is already falling apart. Like the empty promises of the edifice to Barry, such plans are foolish, won’t amount to much and would be better off quickly abandoned.
