14 prior arrests for violent crimes and this judge just set him free. She isn’t part of the solution… She’s part of the problem. Remember her name Judge Teresa Molina-Gonzalez come election day. VOTE HER OUT!!!
This judge should be removed from her post at minimum. 49 arrests, long history of violence and she lets him walk away to hurt more people. Sad!
At least under Eileen Burke, the prosecutors office is now making the argument and asking for many to be detained.

This is what happens when Dems and far left judges protect criminals, not the public. That judge should be removed and charged with negligence. They need to realize some people belong locked up and can’t be rehabilitated.
Now if theis guy had been throwing root beers around he would have been detained indefinitely.
Time to start sueing these judges for allowing these criminals back onto the streets to continue to assault and murder innocent citizens!!
This SJW activist judge and the other two judges that allowed this psychopath to walk around freely until he torched a total stranger on a train and bragged about it need to be stripped of their judicial powers and prosecuted by the victims family if she even survives to testify, which they surely will drag her into court to do. They are keeping Tim Evans’ “ not horrible “ legacy alive and are not bothered by that in the slightest.
