Illinois politicians will screw over Illinois residents due to the increased real estate taxes these data centers will bring in.
Data centers should provide their own power. IL residents should not fund the power costs through increases in residential utility bills.
Send my electric bill through the roof so people can use AI to make sarcastic memes about President Trump? Don’t do me any favors.
