16-billion-dollar budget, but can’t find 163 million in savings? It’s truly hopeless.
Maybe Johnson could implement budget cuts, wasteful spending, and creating jobs for his friends.
That’s not how economics works in the minds of some folks. They spend more than they have and ask for even more assuming it’s a given that they will get it, or hope and pray that they hit something akin to a lottery. Irresponsibility, pipe dreams and luck are the order of the day for some folks.
Yep. $163M is chump change to cut from Chicago’s bloated budget.
