CTU is eliminating charter and private schools because successful schools expose CTU’s incompetence.

Wait. Thats not true. Blacks look out for blacks. At least that’s the thought when they go to the polls. And with Braindead and Prickwinkle they found it isn’t true. But will still vote color anyway .
