Cook County state’s attorney’s office reviewing legality of mayor’s immigration executive order – Chicago Tribune/Yahoo

(Chris Sweda/Chicago Tribune)Of particular note in the executive order is a passage that says: “CPD supervisors must ensure preservation of evidence relating to the incidents and reports described above and, at the direction of the Mayor’s office, make a referral of felony matters to the Cook County State’s Attorney.”

Gee.. I thought he ran this by a judge that actually does her job and got the OK! Oh that’s right, liar in chief consulted Soros op Krasner in PHI and then tried to pretend he got advice from a judge that follows the law .
