Man violently mugged 73-year-old while wearing ankle monitor for another robbery: prosecutors – CWB Chicago

Judge James Murphy denied the state’s detention petition last year and placed William Holt, 20, on electronic monitoring. But Holt failed to appear in court July 1 and July 7, according to court records. On August 13, a court officer informed Judge James Obbish that Holt had not reported to a court officer in over two months. Holt eventually started showing up again, and he resumed wearing the ankle monitor.

Robbing and beating an illegal immigrant? No wonder ‘Come On’ Eileen O’Neill Burke is so incensed!

Oh…wait…it wasn’t ICE. Just another thug set free by Tom “More little kids, Jeff!” Pritzker’s brother’s criminal coddling and a Judge who should now share a cell with the creature he unleashed on law abiding Chicagoans.

Only by making judges personally responsible for their idiocy will these morons stop letting the monsters loose.
