The Data Crusader Trying to Save Illinois – Wall Street Journal

image"Ted Dabrowski knows how the state got off track, but he’s the underdog in the GOP primary for governor.... Mr. Pritzker has been a frequent target of Wirepoints’ unflattering statistics, and he once lashed out at Mr. Dabrowski’s firm, calling it a 'carnival-barker organization'—a phrase that drew a rebuke from the people of the circus and carnival culture."

We see through Bailey’s phony aw-shucks gimmick and we’ve had enough of JB. This election is Tad’s to lose.

If people would readread Ted’s plans , listen to him speak , and put this whole state mess together, they would realize a vote for him is the best for them and this state. It up to everyone of us to vote him in

Agreed – I plan to vote for him…even if the election riggers miss-spell his name.

Chicago used to have more Polish residents than almost anywhere in the US. Now they are some of the residents that have left for green states. Ted winning is a long shot; he should follow the other Polish people out of state and not waste his time fighting a losing battle against the Public Sector Unions.

Keep on dreaming if you really think Ted has a chance against the public sector democratic unions. Face the facts and that is Illinois voting is run by the public sector unions. He is hardly the first reformer and will not be the last. None of them ever made it, it is a losing battle.

At least I’ll be able to honestly say look elsewhere as I did my part by never voting for Pritzker. As opposed to those struggling with stockholm syndrom, who’ve done nothing but aided and abetted him, while still having the balls to openly bitch and moan about the plight of this state.

this is exactly the way many amercians feel about trump, with many others who did vote for him starting to have deep regrets only after having been directly harmed by his policies.

The Chicago Contrarian podcast predicted last fall that Ted would be the next governor of Illinois. They have yet to be wrong about anything else, and this prediction will be no different.

he does have a vaild point though-political elections are much more about image & popularity than they are about effecting positive change & this is the only reason why trump was able to get elected twice

Oh please. Maybe the Dems are swayed by endorsements from the Hollywood types, but Republicans voted for Trump because pretty much no one could stomach the notion of Hillary as president and Joe was finally outed as the useless puppet he was, the best efforts by MSM to hide that fact aside.

and the so called “cure” has proven far worse than the disease as trump refused to even state that it his his duty to follow the US constitution and obviously believes he is above the very laws he has sworn to uphold.

Interesting, this is what Biden said when he opened up the borders and allowed in 20,000,000 illegal immigrants in four years.

There are nicer, more polite ways to question a Republican’s pathway to electoral victory, which is completely reasonable, especially if they want me to donate any of my hard-earned money to their campaign. Any Republican candidate will need between 600,000 and 800,000 more votes than Rauner or Bailey ever received. Trump in 2024 had 2,449,079 votes, which was more than 30,000 votes fewer than JB got in 2018. That was a presidential election year, and Illinois has never had a midterm with turnout like that for a Republican gubernatorial candidate. Maybe the Republican has a pathway by counting on depressing… Read more »
