So the cook county judge says Dolton has no higher duty than to pay out the verdict. Really – providing essential services to citizens is below paying out in this legal scam perpetrated by a shady law firm? Is there one competent judge in cook county at this time? I would recommend all the Village officials just resign, and let the judge figure it out.
“On Feb. 20, Cook County Circuit Judge William B. Sullivan issued an order enforcing a jury verdict, declaring the village of Dolton “has no higher duty than to pay” the amount to the families of John Christopher Kyles and Duane Dunlap.”
