Property tax collection rates drop in Chicago neighborhoods with big bill hikes – Chicago Tribune/Yahoo

In the Riverdale community area on the Far South Side, homeowners’ bills went up by 65 percent and collections dropped by 11.1 percent, to 68.5 percent, the analysis found. In West Garfield Park, where bills more than doubled, residential collections were down 4.1 percent.

With Chiago stopping all it’s delinquent tax sales, everyone should just stop paying until the taxes reach their equity and then just hand them the keys and move using all the money they have saved.

Looks like the well is starting to run dry. Keep up the good work. Soon you will have no homeowners in Illinois who can pay their real estate tax bill. Ask a democrat if they care. I can assure you that they don’t.

What would Crook county do if everyone stopped paying the taxes. Lets try. Stop paying till they start cutting the unnecessary jobs. AND GET RID OF PRICKWINKLE. Change is good. VOTE BRENDAN REILLY
