It’s not as if Brandon was negligent or incompetent and ‘dropped the ball’ like DJ Moore in the backfield. Brandon and his administration made a calculated decision to not focus on the Bears. The Bears are not a priority to his administration. He runs a racial patronage network and rewarding the Bears’ entirely white ownership and mostly white season ticket holders was not something he was interested in doing.
