Tio was just crowing the other day about how the transit system would be even worse without his cadre of intrepid crime fighters when he was making the case for their continued funding from the Feds. And has it ever been disclosed exactly how much the people in the yellow vests are paid, other than that millions of dollars have been allocated to the ineffective program? Midnight Basketball, anyone?
