Pritzker mentioned a previous time the legislature suspended the state’s fuel tax, but said the state also has heightened needs to consider that the tax supports.

Gas is still CHEAPER than when Biden was in office . Biden also drained the Petroleum Strategic Reserve to lower prices to win elections.

He’s not going to reduce it, as he views the rise in gas prices as: Trump induced pain, and any pain that can be traced back to Trump is a win for Democrats.
