He could suspend the gas tax if he stops fund illegals and the Dems stop lining their pockets.

“Heightened needs” is doublespeak for more bloat.
He’s not going to reduce it, as he views the rise in gas prices as: Trump induced pain, and any pain that can be traced back to Trump is a win for Democrats.
