Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Voter corruption across the nation is rampant and there are roadblocks being set up whenever there is a push to clean up voter rolls or pass ID to vote laws. Usually the democrats are the road blockers. My daughter moved from our home when she was 20 yrs old. I checked at the polling place 20yrs later and she was still listed as a current voter at our address. I complained, I went to the county election bureau, I complained and it finally took almost 8 years for her name to be removed. Nobody cared and thats about all I… Read more »
Props to James W. Mertes (If I am accused I want him for my lawyer) for discovering this, and to Charlene Bielema for reporting it.
These dead Peyton juror rolls are also on the voter rolls. The jury rolls come from the registered voter list. That’s why Raoul is suing to prevent the release of voter rolls to be inspected and investigated. Raoul needs to protect IL voter fraud.
But the real question is, “D”Did all these people vote for Democratic candidates?” If so, Illinois politicians will not consider this a problem.
I used to own a few rental properties on the North Side. At every election cycle the postman would drop dozens of voter’s cards in the mailbox. The names on the cards were from tenants that had moved out of the buildings many years ago.
The deadwood on the voters rolls is used to steal elections.
What we need is an address searchable voter’s registration database. One where you could select a specific block of a street and review who is registered at each address.
I often received 20-30 cards at a single 2-flat.
The fraud is massive..
“What we need is an address searchable voter’s registration database,” Absolutely true, However, I’m not convinced that this report indicates much fraud. Laziness, yes. Incompetence, yes. I guess somebody needs to look into how many of those dead folks voted.
And is the problem limited to Whiteside County? Seems to be Illinois Courts who screwed up;, likely all our counties are involved.
So in other words, it’s likely 1/3-1/2 of IL voters are actually dead or illegal voters…just great! This is why we’re where we’re at…but heaven forbid we allow audits and voter roll/citizen checks!
How many of the dead voted and still receive social security benefits?
I always seem to get stuck behind one of the 100 year old drivers when I’m in my car and need to get somewhere fast.
Maybe you share the problem by not planning enough travel time! I can’t speak for all elders, but I find it nerve-wracking when I’m traveling at the allowable legal speed or maybe 5 mph more and there’s inevitably someone behind me maybe no more than 10-15 feet from my bumper itching to pass and hit 75-80 mph without a thought nor care as to whether that’s right legally or even morally. If you’re one of those dudes you are the problem. Do other drivers a favor. Plan ahead to leave earlier so you’re not repeatedly feeling the need to be… Read more »
