Just like Lori Lightweight, Brandon does not have a clue how Springfield works. He has zero personal experience. His staff has zero. His lobbyists are third stringers. He does not know how to ask– he makes demands that are laughed at. Ask anyone who knows anything about SPR and they will tell you they have never seen the City of Chicago so impotent in the state capital.
