If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
As people move out of state, they take their families and the future taxpayers with them. This is far worse than just the rich moving out of state. The future income from the next generation is lost forever. They are leaving because of high taxes and no end in sight to increasing taxes. From a financial standpoint it is the best investment any family can make.
