Officer Kevin Mangan had responded to a location where three people had pulled up and blocked an ambulance from leaving a separate scene in McKinley Park. You are a big part of the problem. Not one Capitol Police officer was killed on January 6th. The only person killed was Ashli Babbitt and she was unarmed and murdered by a Capitol Police Officer. Were there January 6th rioters who should have been arrested and prosecuted? Absolutely. Not all, but some. The problem was that the ones who deserved to be arrested, were overcharged, held without bail, held and never formally charged etc. and they were pardoned because the Biden administration abused the justice system. Same thing happens here in Shitcago when the justice system screws up. Guilty… Read more »

Attempted murder? No, most likely aggravated assault/ battery and no mention of a hate crime for specifically targeting a policeman. That’s Brandon/ JB’s “ F—k the police!” IL for you.

I hope the police cameras got enough for facial recognition and I hope the cameras go blank when they find them. Old time justice needed here

High hopes in a state where facial recognition is on the ropes, SpotShotter was catching the wrong folks then summarily ceased ( with the promised replacement nowhere to be found) and people with a grudge against police are sitting on a police advisory ( adversary ) board deciding the fate of officers involved in a “ negative interaction “ .

If I’m not mistaken the facial recognition bill never hit the floor. Brought to us by the senator whose district has Loyoa in it and was used to catch the killer.

Why don’t you do a little work and check to see if it indeed never hit the floor before commenting?
