A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Shunza is now hip to the fact that feeling nervous around police ( genuinely or imagined ) can result into a nice chunk of change. Similarly with others arrested lawfully now claiming PTSD. Cha- ching! I get nervous around the people that police make nervous, where can I file my lawsuit?
So can people drive through gang infested areas of Shitcago where people have been murdered and claim my Constitutional rights were violated and I am now scared so that I can get a payout from the city, county and state who have allowed this violent crime to continue to go unchecked?
