Taxpayers Paid Man Pulled Over by the Same CPD Officers Who Stopped, Shot Dexter Reed $27K: Records – WTTW (Chicago)

Shunza Walker, a tattoo artist who was born and raised on the West Side, was driving his black Maserati less than a mile away from the intersection where Reed would die after Chicago police officers stopped him 15 days later. Walker’s lawsuit claimed that traffic stop violated his constitutional rights and left him scared to drive anywhere in Chicago, a feeling that intensified after Reed’s killing made headlines across the city, igniting a firestorm over CPD’s use of traffic stops.

Hello, Indiana!

Shunza is now hip to the fact that feeling nervous around police ( genuinely or imagined ) can result into a nice chunk of change. Similarly with others arrested lawfully now claiming PTSD. Cha- ching! I get nervous around the people that police make nervous, where can I file my lawsuit?

So can people drive through gang infested areas of Shitcago where people have been murdered and claim my Constitutional rights were violated and I am now scared so that I can get a payout from the city, county and state who have allowed this violent crime to continue to go unchecked?
