every single day i see dozens of drivers with their eyes glued to the cell phone in their hand. i can’t help but wonder how many auto accidents are directly related to cell phone use which also means that in addition to the huge safety issue, all of us pay when our insurance premiums are increased because of the cost of distracted drivers.
