Illinois Political Animals: Driving businesses to other, better managed states with dumb regulations and outrageous taxes.

Illinois elects its dumbest and the ‘disparate effect’ their idiocy has on the populace is borderline criminal.

Anyone familiar with Illinois politics may wonder if a law covering this grey area could be applied inconsistently. It seems as if this bill will likely encourage more employers to choose another state if they can’t hire the best candidate for THEIR company without pushback from a legislature that couldn’t run their own company if they tried. (Look at IL debt and pension mess. for starters.) Ridiculous overreach when rules about discrimination already exist.
