I thought Gov Rauner said yesterday that CPS gets $600M more in block grant funding than they should? Wouldn’t that work against CPS’ inequitable argument? CPS seems to think they should be reimbursed $100M for the pension and leave it at that. I’m not sure the folks downstate subscribe to that point of view.
If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
