B.S. ‘Fixing’ pensions going forward isn’t going to ‘fix’ anything. Any ‘fix’ has to go back to 1970. This whole mess was derived by way of fraud. The almost 550K “pension” along with all the other six figure numbers mentioned in the article are unlawful and therefore void. The legality of this needs to be addressed by courts other than Illinois. If this is allowed to continue then the taxpayers in Illinois will have no choice but to solve this on their own, in bloodshed.
