If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
cops in other cities carry individual liability insurance–something the FOP would never go for
Wanna stop Police abuse?…..
If the Police are found guilty of abuse, take the settlement money right out of the police pension fund.
That will make them think twice.
