Basically states with competitive labor rates will be able to get much more bang for their buck in projects. Look for the democrats in DC to attempt to “equalize” the funding to favor pockets whereever the work will be heavily unionized. If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
