There’s a major federal target Madigan’s head. Every grand jury, every indictment, every leak, every news story, every subpoena, all of it exists for one purpose and that’s to take down Madigan. Solis was wearing a wire IN MADIGAN’s office sitting at the chairs in front of his desk. Do you think Solis is the only person to walk into his office with a wire in the previous three years?
