The first kind are Illinois Democrat politicians and the public sector unions that fund them in exchange for grossly above-market wages and gold plated pensions. The second kind are the chumbolone taxpayers who the criminal politicians and their criminal co-conspirator public sector union members are trying to stick with the invoice.
