Yeah sure Illinois.just like you need to raise fees for the FOID and CCL “licenses” . Here is a program that is run by ISPFB that is run so poorly yet a large amount of the funds raised by these fees are swept out of the ISP accounts and used in the general budget instead of being used to shore up the department and get thing running smoothly.
