A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
What bothers me is he said in a reply he spoke with Pritzker about the Emil but Pritzker said he didn’t speak with Madigan hum!! Also Madigan said in a reply “Recognizing the sensitivity of the matter for any potential survivors”, what did you do Madigan have somebody eliminated.
