Chicago Rescue Plan! Be still my heart! Next thing she’ll say is it’s free, of any reasonable control. When has any past program shown any positive results? Not interpretive dance or native garb. Climbing porches in a robe is inconvenient and dangerous. How about a Marshal Plan? Declare Martial Law and be done with it! Even you know a heavy handed program is distasteful but necessary. Take action, demand JB force anyone white to join peace circles, day and night. Chicago Rescue Plan, perfect name Creep!
