A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
They need to stop calling anything from Springfield a new revenue source, regardless of all the excuses it’s a TAX INCREASE. Corporations just don’t eat new taxes they pass it down to the consumers.
