If a massive infrastructure plan does come out of DC then prevailing wages will have a huge impact on the “efficiency” of the monies allocated to projects n states. Basically states with competitive labor rates will be able to get much more bang for their buck in projects. Look for the democrats in DC to attempt to “equalize” the funding to favor pockets whereever the work will be heavily unionized. Then the legal sector will proceed to suck up every cent like they did with the last infrastructure push. Get the projects held up in court, then rake in billing… Read more »
